Finding the perfect lunch spot is always a challenge. Driving along the coast in Cornwall, close to Penzance we stumbled upon a lovely art gallery in Newlyn. An old Victorian building where modern art and family portraits from a local artist were shown. In the new annex at the back of the building we found a little cafe that was just perfect. Huge windows, an amazing view at the Mount St. Michael and home-made bruschetta’s made of local produce. Go in the morning, wander around the gallery, read a book, have an early lunch and after that enjoy a stroll on the beach with a rosemary-orange-shortbread cookie in your pocket.
