A must stop if you’re driving the south coast of Nova Scotia: Peggy’s Cove. It’s famous for the beautiful Peggy’s Point Lighthouse, one of the most photographed lighthouses of Canada. But we fell in love with the old fishing village. This beautiful hub houses artists and fishermen and the mix of old wooden houses and small galleries is just perfect. Did you know the first gallery opened here in 1947? And since then not much has changed. Walking around the tiny village is like walking through an open air museum.
